Plaid Cymru Pontypridd On Your Side

Plaid Cymru councillors have been fighting to retain key school transport routes from closure by Labour led RCT Council.

Certain routes accross RCT are under threat but there are teo in the Pontypridd area:

1. Rhydyfelin to Parc Lewis Primary School in Trefforest
2. Llantrisant to Bryn Celynnog Comprehensive School

The scrapping of these routes causes problems for all, but for parents with children who have younger siblings who are in push-chairs or prams it is a real problem.

Come the winter and bad weather walking with 2 or 3 children along busy roads is potentially dangerous.
